The mission of the Inclusive Collective is to “Fuel Young Adults through Jesus-Rooted Soul Work.” In other words, we strive to create experiences where we can encounter God in such powerful ways that we become deeply aware of who we are, feeling inspired and energized for courageous, faithful living. Experiences that stir us up to follow Jesus, disrupt the status quo, and co-create God’s Beloved Community in whatever spaces we occupy. In the IC, we believe in the power of doing soul work together, but we also know that solo soul work is a powerful way to connect top God and discover our calling, too. These are all tools, practices, and resources that you can do on your own:

  • Check out some of our recordings of our favorite IC spiritual practices.

  • Go listen to some of the IC’s favorite worship tunes on Spotify.

  • Here is a daily devotional called D365.

  • Our Bible App supports the belief that spirituality is a spectrum and that faith is a journey. At its core, the holy texts were written to be inclusive of all of God’s creation, especially those on the margins. Our Bible App is bringing it back to the roots, celebrating the diversity of God’s creation with devotionals highlighting the inclusiveness of the text.

  • The Next Question Show engages leading voices on critical topics of racial justice in America. It is co-hosted by IC Board member, Chi Chi Okwu.

  • Queerology: How might we live better as queer people of faith and allies? Matthias Roberts brings together theologians, psychologists, poets, thinkers, and change makers for conversations around belief and being.
